The Vetericyn French Bulldog ear wash is handy to have on hand in your Frenchie first aid kit. It can help heal wounds in your Frenchies ears and rid them of debris. Always, discuss with a vet if your Frenchie has an ear infection. Signs of ear infection can be holding head sideways, shaking heads, scratching at ears, and decreased hearing. Ear infections often need a prescription from your vet. Frenchies are prone to ear infections as they have big ears to catch everything in. When they scratch and shake their heads repeatedly this can also cause hematomas (blood pooling in the ear flap). Hematomas have to be treated by the vet and often ends up with your Frenchie having a crumpled ear. Vetericyn ear wash may help with the irritation and keep ear infections at bay but always treat the source.
Vetericyn Plus® Ear Rinse is an easy way to remove foreign materials from the ear, help alleviate irritations, and keep the ear clean.
How to use:
Adjust dropper nozzle. Saturate the affected area on or in the ear with Vetericyn Plus® Ear Rinse. If dressing is required, saturate dressing with Vetericyn Plus® at each dressing change. Repeat 3-4 times per day until wound is healed. No rinsing necessary. Faster healing is achieved when wounds are cleaned and maintained moist. Safe for use around mouth, nose, ears and eyes. Not for inner ear infections. For daily maintenance, apply in and around ear with a massaging action once per day or as needed. Great for use after outdoor activities.
